great central LOCATION
fresh bar snacks beautiful location nearby bus
i stayed all inclusive for several nights and found the food good especially breakfast. freshly prepared bar snacks were available. the hotel location is beautiful close to the harbour. i easily visited neighboring towns using the nearby bus stop paying a small fare
i noticed limited storage space in the rooms it was barely enough for a week's stay. also i thought the pool water wasn't filtered well. it was dirty later in the day. i hope they improve this

The location was GREAT it opened right onto the marina. There were many shops and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful too I appreciate that.
The hotel room had limited storage i was there for several days. Paying extra daily for the safe seemed unnecessary. I did not LIKE it. The pool also looked not to be cleaned well.

friendly staff cooling eye mask super clean room really good attention
the staff were friendly, always ready to help with a smile. a really thoughtful touch. the daily room cleaning was perfect, ensuring fresh towels and a super clean environment. i found the attention to detail really good throughout the hotel.
the wristband system for room access occasionally malfunctioned. it needed recoding, causing a slight inconvenience.

the hotel enjoys a prime location near the marina and beaches. a gate at the bottom of the garden provides easy access, bypassing a steep hill and saving valuable time. this makes exploring the area very convenient.

the location was acceptable.
The shower was a problem. Water dribbled from the shower head, but also gushed from the tap! it took nearly three days for a new bracket and head to be fitted. this situation was frustrating.
